This document contains the Terms of Service governing your access to and use of the Jungleeteenpatti.com website and mobile app operated by Junglee Games India Private Limited as well as all the services and products offered by Jungleeteenpatti.com (hereinafter referred to as “Junglee Teen Patti” collectively) and its affiliates and partners (hereinafter collectively referred to as “the Services,” “Junglee Teen Patti Services” or “our Services”).

By using any part of the Junglee Teen Patti Services, including, without limitation, accessing the Junglee Teen Patti website (hereinafter referred to as “Website”), accessing the Junglee Teen Patti mobile app (hereinafter referred to as “Mobile App”), and playing Junglee Teen Patti games, you explicitly agree to all of the following Terms of Service:

License

Subject to the terms and conditions contained herein, Junglee Teen Patti grants you a personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive right and license to use any necessary software to use Junglee Teen Patti Services on any single computer or electronic device at any given time, provided that you do not copy, modify, create derivative works, reverse-engineer, decompile, reverse-assemble, or otherwise attempt to discover any source code, or sell, assign, sublicense, grant a security interest in, or otherwise transfer any right to the Services, and do not allow any third party to do so. You agree not to modify the Services in any manner or form and not to use any modified software or modified services to gain unauthorized access to the Services.

Security of Your Account

Credentials: Once you have been allocated a unique username selected by you and your mobile number has been registered for receiving OTPs and other security codes ("Credentials"), it is your responsibility to keep your mobile phone or electronic device protected and keep your Credentials secure and confidential. This applies to your social media networking credentials if you access the Services through social media networks like Facebook. All user information collected by Junglee Teen Patti is subject to our Privacy Policy.

No Transfer: Your account with Junglee Teen Patti is non-transferable. Under no circumstances shall you permit any other person or third party, including your family and friends, to participate in our tournaments, games, or contests or access the Services using your Junglee Teen Patti account. In no event shall you allow any person under the age of eighteen (18) years to use or re-use your account or your Credentials in a way that may breach the laws in the jurisdiction where you are located and/or are a resident, or where such other person is located and/or is a resident. Any person found to have violated any part of these Terms of Service will not be entitled to any prizes or rewards whatsoever and may be reported to relevant authorities.

Your Account Is Your Responsibility:You hereby acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for all use of the Services made with your Credentials and that you shall not disclose your account Credentials to any other person whosoever. Any unauthorized use of your Credentials will be your responsibility and be deemed as use by you. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Junglee Teen Patti, along with its affiliates, managers, agents and directors, for any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and costs (including attorneys' fees and expenses) arising from such use. Junglee Teen Patti cannot be held responsible if the safety or protection of your device is compromised as ensuring the full safety and proper functioning of your device is solely your responsibility.

Access Through Social Media Networks

The Services can also be accessed through accounts with various social media networks. The Services are only available to people who are registered members of the social media networks through which they access Junglee Teen Patti and are in compliance with the policies or terms of use/terms of service of those social media networks. While creating your account with a social media network through which you will access the Services, you agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself and maintain and promptly update the registration data to keep it true, accurate, updated, and complete. Users who have more than one account with a social media network may not access the Services using multiple accounts. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete, or Junglee Teen Patti has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete, Junglee Teen Patti has the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account and/or prevent you from using the Services and refuse you any current or future use of the Services or any portion thereof.

Eligibility to Play on Junglee Teenpatti

Our games, tournaments, leagues, and contests (collectively referred to hereinafter as “Contests”) are meant only for persons aged 18 or older. Persons aged below 18 are strictly prohibited from participating in our Contests. Underage persons who participate in our cash Contests or stake real money in our Contests will be liable for legal action against them.
Our Contests are meant only for persons residing in India at the time of participation.
Junglee Teenpatti may, in accordance with the laws prevailing in certain Indian states, bar people who reside in such Indian states or are logged in from such states from participating in any Contests. Currently, people who live in or are logged in from Assam, Meghalaya, Telangana, Nagaland, Sikkim or Andhra Pradesh may not participate in any paid or cash Contests on JungleeTeenpatti.com as the laws of the aforementioned states prohibit participating in online real money games from the respective states.
Only those users who have successfully registered on JungleeTeenpatti.com as well as registered for a Contest before each round in accordance with the Contest rules and all the conditions outlined above will be eligible to participate in the Contest and win any prize(s).
Vouchers must be redeemed within the date of expiry. Junglee Teenpatti will not hold any responsibility if users do not avail vouchers on-time.
Voucher will hold all the terms and conditions as per the brand, Junglee Teenpatti will not be able to make any changes to that.
You are prohibited from joining cash Contests or playing real money games and/or tournaments on Junglee Teenpatti if you are not legally competent to make monetary transactions in Indian rupees through banking channels in India and/or if you are not accessing our Website/Mobile App from a jurisdiction where playing cash games or tournaments online is legally permitted. Any violation of these terms will be considered a breach of our Terms of Service and as a result thereof, Junglee Teenpatti may take such steps as it deems fit and/or necessary.

Breach and Consequences

In the event of a breach of any of our Terms of Service by you, evidenced by our investigation, or if there is reasonable ground to believe that your continued access to our Website/Mobile App is detrimental to the interests of JungleeTeenpatti.com, its other users, or the general public, Junglee Teenpatti may, at its sole discretion, take any or all of the following actions:

Restrict games between users, including you, suspected of colluding or cheating;
Permanently freeze or lock your JungleeTeenPatti.com account;
Seize the money in your JungleeTeenPatti.com account;
Demand damages for the breach from you, take appropriate civil action against you to recover such damages, and/or initiate prosecution against you for violations that amount to offenses in law.
Additionally, in the event of a material breach thereof, Junglee Teenpatti reserves the right to bar you from future registration on its Website and Mobile App. The decision of Junglee Teenpatti management about the action to be taken for any breach of our Terms of Service shall be final and binding on you. Any action taken by JungleeTeenPatti.com shall be without prejudice to its other rights and remedies available to it in law or equity.

Account and Rewards

All Junglee Teen Patti Users/account holders may be provided with a virtual currency that has no real or monetary value (Virtual Currency) to play games and/or to enter tournaments that offer virtual chips as prizes. You agree that: Virtual Currency is for entertainment purposes only and it is not redeemable or transferable. It cannot be redeemed for any real money whatsoever and cannot be used for any purpose other than as specified in this section.

Virtual Currency is not redeemable for any amount of real-world currency or anything that has monetary value.
Virtual Currency may be provided upon registration, like a bonus, as a free daily reload, and as in-game rewards or rewards in special promotions.
You agree that the grant of any Virtual Currency offered in a special offer or promotion or as an award is dependent upon the successful completion of the said offer or promotion as defined by Junglee Teen Patti or its affiliates providing the offer or promotion.
You agree that all purchases of Virtual Currency on Junglee Teen Patti are final. No refunds under any circumstances will be made for any Virtual Currency purchases. You agree that all your Virtual Currency will be forfeited if your account is terminated for any reason, in Junglee Teen Patti’s sole and absolute discretion, or if Junglee Teen Patti suddenly discontinues providing the Services and/or alters the Services. Furthermore, you agree that Junglee Teen Patti will have no liability to you based on Junglee Teen Patti’s exercise of these rights.
You agree that the account balance in the form of Virtual Currency is non-transferable between Junglee Teen Patti accounts. Further, any play deemed unethical by Junglee Teen Patti at its sole discretion (including, without limitation, team play, soft play, sale of chips/transfer of chips between players or chips dumping between accounts) may result in the applicable Users’ accounts being terminated, the balance in their Junglee Teen Patti accounts being confiscated, and their further access to Junglee Teen Patti being suspended permanently with no obligation whatsoever to the applicable Users.

Contests

The Services and all Contests, including promotions, are subject to the laws governing such Contests. Such laws vary from state to state. All Contests, including promotions, are and shall be considered null and void if prohibited by the law in the jurisdiction where a User or participant is a resident or where the User or participant is located at the time of using the Services and/or participating in a Contest.

You are subject to all laws of the state or province and the country in which you reside and/or from which you access Junglee Teen Patti Services, and you are solely responsible for obeying those laws. You agree that Junglee Teen Patti cannot be held liable if laws applicable to your state/province/country/place restrict or prohibit your participation.

Junglee Teen Patti makes no representations or warranties, implicit or explicit, about your legal right to participate in any promotions/Contests on Junglee Teen Patti, and no person affiliated, or claiming affiliation, with Junglee Teen Patti has the authority to make any such representations or warranties. If Junglee Teen Patti determines that you have engaged in or attempted to engage in fraudulent, unlawful, or improper activity while using the Services, including, without limitation, engaging in any of the activities set forth above or any other game manipulation, Junglee Teen Patti may take any action that it sees fit, including immediately suspending or permanently terminating your account.

You are required to use the chat function only in a friendly and considerate way. Parental control protections, such as computer hardware, software, or filtering services, are commercially available and may assist you in limiting access to material that is harmful to those under eighteen (18) years of age, or the legal age to participate in the Contests in the applicable jurisdiction, whichever is higher.

Internet issues may cause server interruptions and Junglee Teen Patti will endeavor to limit such interruptions during a game or contest, but Junglee Teen Patti does not take responsibility for any such problems or any losses occurring from such problems. The responsibility for a slow internet connection disrupting gameplay lies solely with the User. Junglee Teen Patti cannot be held liable or responsible for any losses arising as a result of a slow internet connection at the User's end.

If Junglee Teen Patti, its parents, affiliates, managers, or directors determine that operating a promotion in whole or in part is not feasible for any reason, including, but not limited to, a change in the risk of operating the contests or insufficient participation in one or more of the tournaments or leaderboard contests, Junglee Teen Patti may cancel or modify all or any of the promotions, and Junglee Teen Patti shall not owe the participating Users/Users interested in participation anything except the refund of the virtual chips paid as the entry fee for the Contest by such Users. If technical difficulties compromise the platform’s integrity or Junglee Teen Patti’s ability to continue registration or play, Junglee Teen Patti reserves the right to terminate the promotion/Contests.

The decision of Junglee Teen Patti management shall be final and binding in case of any disputes.

Authority

Junglee Teen Patti reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to add, modify, or terminate the Services at any time without prior notice to you and without creating any obligation to you. Junglee Teen Patti reserves the right to change these Terms of Service periodically and to modify any or all rules of the Contests (including rules of tournaments) at any time without prior notice to you. You agree to review the Terms of Service periodically to become aware of all such revisions and changes.

Multiple Accounts

You are not allowed to create or use more than one Junglee Teen Patti account. Users who are found to have multiple accounts or to have allowed other people to access their accounts, whether directly or via a social media network, may face account suspension or account termination and forfeiture of their accumulated Virtual Currency balance. Junglee Teen Patti reserves the right to confiscate the whole Virtual Currency balance available in such Users’ Junglee Teen Patti accounts. Moreover, Junglee Teen Patti reserves the right to confiscate, at its sole discretion, any chip balance in the account of a User who is found to have misrepresented facts and permanently terminate such User’s account.

Code of Conduct

You agree that any content that you produce, post, transmit, or display on/via Junglee Teen Patti will not:

Include remarks that could unfairly influence the play of any games, tournaments, or Contests.
Include any offensive comments that are connected to race, national origin, gender, sexual preference, or physical handicap.
Contain statements that harass or attack observers, individuals, companies, or products.
Include obscene, lewd, slanderous, pornographic, abusive, violent, insulting, indecent, threatening or harassing language.
Promote violence or violate the privacy of any party.
Violate the intellectual property rights of any party.
Promote or advertise other products or companies or give links to third parties.
Promote or constitute illegal activity.

If a User is found in violation of any of the points listed in the Code of Conduct, the chip balance in the User’s account will be confiscated by Junglee Teen Patti, at its sole discretion, and the User’s account will be terminated, and their further access to Junglee Teen Patti will be blocked permanently with no obligation whatsoever to the said User. Any of the prohibited actions by Users, including, without limitation, abuse of other Users, participating in team play, soft play, transfer of chips and/or sale of chips between Users, or dumping of chips between accounts may result in such Users’ chip balance and/or chips being confiscated, their accounts being terminated, and their further access to Junglee Teen Patti being suspended permanently with no obligation to such Users.

Fraudulent Behavior

If Junglee Teen Patti believes, at its sole discretion, that you have engaged in, or attempted to engage in, any act to cheat, use automated technology, or otherwise unfairly alter your, your opponent’s or any other Users’/players’ likelihood of winning, or to otherwise commit fraud concerning the Services, you shall forfeit to Junglee Teen Patti the whole chip balance in your Junglee Teen Patti account as well as all prizes and rewards to which you may otherwise be entitled, and Junglee Teen Patti reserves the right to institute civil proceedings or file criminal proceedings against you and to report you to the relevant regulatory authorities.

User Content

The Services may invite you to participate in forums, polls, blogs, message boards, and additional opportunities to create, display, or publish content on Junglee Teen Patti and/or via the Services, including, but not limited to, text, photos, comments, or personally identifiable information (collectively "User Content"). All User Content transmitted to or via Junglee Teen Patti will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary. All comments, feedback, suggestions, ideas, and other submissions disclosed, submitted, or offered to Junglee Teen Patti in connection with the use of the Services will be the exclusive property of Junglee Teen Patti. You agree that unless otherwise prohibited by law, Junglee Teen Patti may use, sell, exploit, and disclose the ideas in any manner without restriction and without any compensation to you. You agree that you exclusively own the rights to your User Content, including the right to grant all of the rights and licenses in these Terms of Service without Junglee Teen Patti incurring any third-party obligations or liabilities arising out of its exercise of the rights granted herein by you.

Your Responsibility

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of Junglee Teen Patti or use any portion of the Junglee Teen Patti Website/Mobile App or the Services for any commercial purposes.

You Agree That You Shall Not

Decompile, reverse-engineer, modify, or attempt to discover any Software (source code) or other products or processes accessible through the Services to generate web pages or create any products whatsoever.
Engage in fraudulent behavior, either manually or with assistance from automatic players (bots) or external player assistance programs (EPAs) that are designed to provide an unfair advantage to players.
Create multiple accounts with Junglee Teen Patti by automated means or under false identity, or mislead others through your communications.
Reveal any personal or identifiable information about any User, observer, individual, or company.
Transmit viruses, worms, Trojan horses, spyware, adware, cancelbots, or any other malicious or invasive code or programs.
Ask other Users for chips, Virtual Currency, or Virtual Goods.
Use chat rooms or common areas in such a way that they violate the Code of Conduct as delineated in these Terms of Service.
Sell the Services or any part thereof, including, but not limited to, Virtual Goods or Virtual Currency, User accounts, and access to them in exchange for money or items of monetary value.
Tarnish, disparage, or in any way attempt to harm Junglee Teen Patti or the Services.
Attempt to mask or obscure any Contests, promotions, banners, or advertisements shown on Junglee Teen Patti or in the Services.
Attempt to decrypt or circumvent any security feature of the Services.

User Verification

Whenever Junglee Teen Patti asks you for additional verification proof or documentation, including, without limitation, a copy of your passport, driver's license, or utility bill, such materials must be sent by email, mail, or any other means of communication specified by Junglee Teen Patti.

Ownership and Intellectual Property Rights

You acknowledge that all information presented by Junglee Teen Patti may be protected, in all forms and media, by one or more valid copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights, and that all such rights are owned by Junglee Teen Patti or its licensors. You may not modify, publish, participate in the transfer or sale of, create derivative works from, or in any way exploit this information, except as permitted by law. While Junglee Teen Patti makes reasonable efforts to include accurate and up-to-date information, Junglee Teen Patti makes no warranties or representations about the veracity, accuracy, or completeness of any information published or provided by it. Junglee Teen Patti does not assume any liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content of the Services.

Trademarks

All trademarks, logos, and Services marks (collectively "Trademarks") displayed on Junglee Teen Patti and in the Services are registered and unregistered Trademarks of Junglee Teen Patti, its affiliates, or others. Nothing contained in the Services should be construed as granting, by implication or otherwise, any license or right to use any Trademark displayed on Junglee Teen Patti or in the Services without the written permission of Junglee Teen Patti or such third party that owns the Trademark displayed on Junglee Teen Patti or in the Services. The name “Junglee Teen Patti,” Junglee Teen Patti logos, and all game names are Trademarks of Jungleeteenpatti.com and may not be used without the express written permission of Junglee Teen Patti.

Enforceability

You and Junglee Teen Patti agree that if any portion of Junglee Teen Patti Terms of Service becomes illegal, invalid, or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, that shall not affect the validity or enforceability in that jurisdiction of any other provision hereof or the validity or enforceability in other jurisdictions of such terms of service or any remaining provisions of the Terms herein.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Junglee Teen Patti, its subsidiaries or its licensors be responsible for any damages, loss of profits, data, or other losses that result from your use of and/or access to the Services or your inability to access/use the Services. You undertake not to hold Junglee Teen Patti liable for the conduct of third parties, which include the services, policies, and operators of external websites and apps. Under no circumstances, including negligence, shall Junglee Teen Patti be liable or responsible for any special, incidental, direct or indirect damages whatsoever arising out of the use or misuse of the Services by you.

No Warranty

You may only use the Services or download any materials from Junglee Teen Patti at your own risk. All the Services are provided to you on an "as is" basis, and they do not have any kind of warranty, expressed or implied, including the implied warranty of merchantability, or non-infringement and fitness for a particular purpose. Regardless of the efforts to provide you with the Services of the highest quality and security, Junglee Teen Patti makes no warranty that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free. No information or advice, written or oral, obtained by you from Junglee Teen Patti shall create any warranty not expressly stated in the Terms herein.

Termination of Account

You agree that Junglee Teen Patti, at its sole discretion, has the right to delete or deactivate your account and permanently block your email or IP address, and deny you access to or use of the Services immediately and without notice if you act inconsistently with the letter and spirit of Junglee Teen Patti Terms of Service. Further, you agree that Junglee Teen Patti will not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your access to the Services.

Governing Law, Dispute Resolution, and Jurisdiction

The courts of competent jurisdiction at New Delhi, India, shall have exclusive jurisdiction to determine any and all disputes arising out of, or in connection with, the Services provided by Junglee Teen Patti, the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Terms of Service, or the rights and obligations of the User(s) (including participants) or Junglee Teen Patti, as well as the exclusive jurisdiction to grant interim or preliminary relief in case of any dispute referred to arbitration as given below. All such issues and questions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.

In the event of any legal dispute (which may be a legal issue or question) which may arise, the party raising the dispute shall provide a written notification ("Notification") to the other party. On receipt of the Notification, the parties shall first try to resolve the dispute through discussions. In the event that the parties are unable to resolve the dispute within fifteen (15) days of receipt of the Notification, the dispute shall be settled by arbitration.

The seat and venue of arbitration shall be New Delhi, India. All arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English and in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended from time to time.

The arbitration award will be final and binding on the Parties, and each Party will bear its own costs of arbitration, and equally share the fees of the arbitrator unless the arbitral tribunal decides otherwise. The arbitrator shall be entitled to pass interim orders and awards, including the orders for specific performance and such orders will be enforceable in competent courts. The arbitrator shall give a reasoned award.

Nothing contained in these Terms of Service shall prevent Junglee Teen Patti from seeking and obtaining interim or permanent equitable or injunctive relief, or any other relief available to safeguard Junglee Teen Patti’s interest prior to, during, or following the filing of arbitration proceedings or pending the execution of a decision or award in connection with any arbitration proceedings from any court having jurisdiction to grant the same. The pursuit of equitable or injunctive relief shall not constitute a waiver on the part of Junglee Teen Patti to pursue any remedy for monetary damages through the arbitration described herein.
